Jonathan Farbowitz is a Conservator of Time-Based Media Art

I currently work as the Associate Conservator of Time-Based Media at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and am an Adjunct Professor in New York University's Moving Image Archiving and Preservation program. Previously I was the Guggenheim Museum's Fellow in the Conservation of Computer-Based Art. I've written about preserving malware in archives, museums, and libraries and helped develop open-source software for the audiovisual preservation community. Read more about me.
